Who is on the team?

Across our team we have over 50 years of water and wastewater industry experience ranging from a variety of roles giving us in-depth knowledge of how the water industry operates.

What is it like working for Icosa Water?

 What does your day to day consist of?

As a Sales Manager Anthony Davies has this to say

“Everything that goes into supporting our customer’s needs and which fulfils Icosa’s Sales objectives:

  • Providing technical advice to new and existing clients
  • Communicating with clients
  • Presentations to new customers
  • Preparing quotes and tenders
  • Communicating with the team; delivering updates

How is your role key to the overall NAV process?

Anthony Davies, Sales Manager

“My role is principally one of communication to raise awareness, explicating opportunities and from that responding to those customers’ needs. Although the NAV concept isn’t exactly new, it still needs to be communicated to the developer world and those associated with it. Many still haven’t heard about it or more so, don’t really understand how it works & the benefits it can bring to meet their challenges.

I look to maximise opportunities for Icosa through strategically identifying customer needs whether driven by price, service or a technical solution through the NAV pathway.”

We then spoke to Anna about her role, and she had this to say

“As the Sales and Marketing Executive my day to day consists of:

  • Managing and maintaining the Icosa website.
  • Content creations and implementing the marketing plan for Icosa.
  • Assisting with client liaison within the business development meetings
  • Assisting within the quotation process
  • Talking to potential customers about the benefits of Icosa Water”

What do you enjoy most about your role?

Seeing how customers engage with our content and the feedback we receive on it. Also to see how the Icosa brand has grown over the last 5 years and the input I have had with the brand.

“I love that no day is ever the same, a cliche I know. When I started Icosa Water in 2017, it was a small team. Even though the company has evolved over the years, the level of support and guidance I have received has never changed. I love that I have been allowed the opportunity to gain experience and professional development through a variety of roles throughout the company allowing me to further understand how the company operates. However, my favourite aspect is understanding how the water industry works from all angles of the business and the creative and communication aspects of my role”
