Icosa Water with it’s partner EPS Water, offer a turnkey service to housing developers for large scale onsite wastewater treatment plants, enabling developments to solve the planning challenges set by Natural England.

As a leading player in the NAV market, Icosa Water has been serving the needs of developers with both traditional sites to sewer connections and on-site treatment plants since 2016.

Icosa Water will support the project throughout the design and build phase, and then operate the treatment plant within the permit constraints to deliver nutrient neutrality. Icosa gains the relevant Ofwat and Environment Agency permits and licences.

An issue affecting more sites across England than ever before. Icosa Water and EPS Water are working in partnership to provide a solution to Nutrient Neutrality.

WHY ICOSA WATER & EPS WATER?

Icosa Water and EPS have been engaged by several leading house-building companies for the design and construction of several new wastewater treatment plants of 1,000 population equivalent and above for residential developments, in areas where there is insufficient wastewater capacity available within the local infrastructure to meet nutrient neutrality requirements.

This includes the provision of solutions for sites requiring additional treatment to achieve nutrient neutrality status with integrated SuDS, tertiary treatment, reed beds and professional operation and management that enhances your development.

Together, we are unlocking development potential and building essential wastewater infrastructure for new communities.
