How long does it takes to set up an online account?

It should take no more than a few minutes to set up your online account.

Can I print my bill as proof of my address?

Of course you can. Our bills are exactly the same as they would be if they were posted to you.

Simply log into your online account and select ‘View Bills’ from the main dashboard. You can then view the bill you require in PDF format and print it off at home or work.

Having trouble viewing your My Account when you log in?

If you’re having issues accessing/viewing  your account, make sure you try on alternative device. Sometimes work devices may have security features blocking you from doing this.
