Since our licence was granted in October 2016, Icosa Water has seen significant growth, securing 50 development sites across all parts of England. This success has resulted from the constant hard work and communication with our clients and stakeholders, which now puts Icosa Water as market leader in the New Appointments and Variations (NAV) arena.
Each site is different and therefore we are proud to offer tailored solutions to our clients, as each will require a unique perspective. We understand the importance and value of exceptional end to end customer service, from winning a site and becoming the water and wastewater undertaker and then managing the end customers. We know we are only as good as the service we offer to all our clients and that’s why we take the best practice from each regional water company and adopt their policies – giving a best in class approach.
We will continue to add value to our clients as a company, with further significant project wins on the horizon, adding to our customer base as well as working with new developers as our reputation grows. Icosa Water will continue to lead the NAV market with the support of our customers and stakeholders.
