We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded a water and sewerage licence by Ofwat. As an independent water company entering into a changing market, we provide water and sewerage infrastructure services across England and Wales on new developments.

Established in January 2016 by a team with extensive industry experience and knowledge, our solutions include traditional and unconventional services for small or major residential and commercial developments.

“This is an exciting time to be part of the water industry”, said Stephen Bradley, Icosa Water’s Chief Executive. “Our licence enables us to provide a competitive water and sewerage alternative to developers and their new homeowners throughout England and Wales.”

Icosa Water’s first site is based in West Raynham, Norfolk for 672 dwellings and includes a 4.5km off site potable water main, a new sewage treatment works and on site metered water and sewerage infrastructure.
