APPLICATION FOR AN INSET APPOINTMENT AS WATER UNDERTAKER FOR AN AREA KNOWN AS BELLE FIELD CLOSE, PENWORTHAM, PRESTON, PR1 1SD
Icosa Water Services Limited of Sophia House, 28 Cathedral Road, Cardiff, CF11 9LJ (“the Company”), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 8(2) of the Water Industry Act 1991 that it has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as Water Undertaker in place of United Utilities for an area known as Belle Field Close, Penwortham, Preston, PR1 1SD. Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company’s offices above during normal business hours.
