APPLICATION FOR AN INSET APPOINTMENT AS SEWERAGE AND WATER UNDERTAKER FOR AN AREA KNOWN AS COMEYTROWE, TAUNTON, SOMERSET
Icosa Water Services Limited of Sophia House, 28 Cathedral Road, Cardiff, CF11 9LJ (“the Company”), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 8(2) of the Water Industry Act 1991 that it has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as Sewerage and Water Undertaker in place of Wessex Water for an area known as Comeytrowe, Taunton, Somerset. Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company’s offices above during normal business hours.
