APPLICATION FOR AN INSET APPOINTMENT AS WATER AND WASTE UNDERTAKER FOR AN AREA KNOWN AS DON STREET, MIDDLETON, MANCHESTER, M24 2GG
Icosa Water Services Limited of Sophia House, 28 Cathedral Road, Cardiff, CF11 9LJ (“the Company”), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 8(2) of the Water Industry Act 1991 that it has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as Water and Waste Undertaker in place of United Utilities Limited for an area known as Don Street, Middleton, Manchester, M24 2GG. Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company’s offices above during normal business hours.
