APPLICATION FOR AN INSET APPOINTMENT AS WATER AND SEWERAGE UNDERTAKER FOR AN AREA KNOWN AS HARRY STOKE, HAMBROOK, BS16 1RR
Icosa Water Services Limited of Sophia House, 28 Cathedral Road, Cardiff, CF11 9LJ (“the Company”), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 8(2) of the Water Industry Act 1991 that it has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as Water Undertaker in place of Bristol Water Plc and as Sewerage Undertaker in place of Wessex Water Services Limited for an area known as Harry Stoke, Hambrook, BS16 1RR. Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company’s offices above during normal business hours.
