Icosa Water Services Limited of Kingfisher Suite Wheelhouse, Bonds Mill Estate, Stonehouse, Gloucestershire, England, GL10 3RF (“the Company”), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 8(2) of the Water Industry Act 1991 that it has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as Water Undertaker in place of Northumbrian Water Limited for an area known as Phase 3, Land West of Kirkleatham Lane, Redcar, TS10 5FG. Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company’s offices above during normal business hours.
