Icosa Water Services Limited of Sophia House, 28 Cathedral Road, Cardiff, CF11 9LJ (“the Company”), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 8(2) of the Water Industry Act 1991 that it has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as Water and Sewerage Undertaker in place of Anglian Water for an area known as Russell Road, Toddington, Bedfordshire, LU5 6QE. Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company’s offices above during normal business hours.
