Our Company
Icosa Water is a statutory water and sewerage undertaker licensed by Ofwat to operate across England and Wales. We operate under the New Appointment & Variation (NAV) process, from the Water Industry Act 1991, and are able to provide water and sewerage services in a heavily regulated market. Icosa Water is part of Last Mile who also provide ground source heat, electricity and gas networks to new developments. Last Mile is backed by specialist investors Infracapital and Macquarie Asset Management who are committed to helping us realise our growth ambitions.
Icosa provides domestic homes and commercial premises with water and/or wastewater services. We compete with incumbents to provide the traditional water and wastewater services in the growing competitive water asset sector. We compete on a site by site basis to provide these services by focusing on high levels of customer service, value and delivering what we say we will.
Our charges for our customers match the relevant incumbent tariffs and our levels of service matches or exceeds best in country.
Working with our customers and developers, we are able to serve a site at a lower cost, facilitate solutions, innovate and encourage leading customer services.
Our Licence
We operate as a NAV (new appointment & variation) which involves one statutory company replacing another as the water and /or wastewater appointee for a specific geographic area.
