As we bid farewell to another impactful year, Icosa takes a moment to reflect on the milestones and achievements that have shaped our journey in 2023. From active participation in key industry events to expanding our customer services team, we have not only met but exceeded expectations in various aspects of our operations.

We actively engaged in three industry events that showcased our commitment to the industry’s growth – the Southern Water Developer Day, the Anglian Water Developer Day, and the PDAS Water Drainage Masterclass. Our Managing Director participated in a panel discussion on how the housing and development industry can support sustainable growth at the Anglian Water Developer Day which underscored ICOSA’s dedication to shaping a more sustainable future.

In addition, we took a bold step forward by contributing to vital conversations surrounding environmental impact and responsibility on Nutrient Neutrality. Our partners, EPS Water, broke ground on one of the first on-site treatment plants built for the purpose of Nutrient Neutrality. Icosa will adopt this treatment plant in 2024. This involvement reflects our commitment to going beyond the conventional and finding innovative solutions for a healthier, more sustainable environment.

One of Icosa key accomplishments in 2023 has been the successful implementation of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) style sessions for developers and consultants. These sessions not only enhanced industry knowledge but also fostered a culture of learning and growth within our community.

We successfully undertook a series of off-site works projects, addressing rising sewers and gravity mains with precision and efficiency. These endeavours are a testament to our technical prowess and commitment to maintaining and improving critical infrastructure. Positioning us as a dependable partner for developers and consultants alike.

Customer Services Excellence:

The expansion of our customer services team marked a significant milestone in enhancing our ability to serve customers effectively with a 50% growth in our Customer Services team, ICOSA has fortified its commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As we reflect on these accomplishments, Icosa looks forward to the challenges and opportunities that the coming year will bring.
