As the year has progressed Icosa Water has continued to grow our NAV portfolio, securing licensed areas across most of England, working with new and old customers alike. Our Icosa team has been working hard fostering and developing new and current relationships and most importantly delivering the first-rate customer service we pride ourselves on.
The Icosa Water team is growing
We have welcomed many new employees to the Icosa Team this year bringing a huge range of experience and expertise within the water and wastewater industry. We could not be more grateful to our staff, for all the hard work, dedication and customer service they provide and time they have put in to Icosa this year and every other year before that.
Icosa is growing
Not only is our team growing, but Icosa Water is taking on new projects each week and expanding into new geographical areas with new and existing clients. We have over 135,000 connections all over England, with 107 live Ofwat licensed NAV areas, with many more moving through the Ofwat process.
We have been taking on new challenges and coming up with bespoke solutions for each development. These include designing, building and adopting an on-site wastewater treatment plant to overcome nitrate neutrality issues. We pride ourselves on offering tailored solution for developers and making this process as easy as possible for our clients.
Face to face
It was such a delight to go to Southern Water Developer Day, our first post pandemic face to face event.
A day full of reconnecting and meeting new developers as well as attending a range of workshops and open discussions hosted by Southern Water. There were some innovating ideas on the future industry coming out from these discussions
