We are incredibly excited to announce the launch of our brand-new website.
Our goal was to make our site:

We wanted to ensure that all our customers have relevant advice that is up to date, helpful and informative.
About our new site
New Features
We have introduced an interactive map for our customers to see where in England and Wales we supply water and/or wastewater services. This includes a link through to the relevant site which allows domestic customers to see what service(s) we supply to their home.
We have provided dedicated home pages for the different aspects of our business. Whether you are a developer looking for information on the NAV process or a domestic customer who wants to update their address, the information that you receive will be solely relevant to you.
Advice
A dedicated section for our advice for our customers which can be sectioned out depending on what type of user you are. As well as a separate section to inform our developers on our Section 8 Notices and alerts regarding NAV’s being granted.
If you are a developer we are currently working with, you can still access our portal.
Getting in touch
If you want to speak to us directly, we have made it easier to find the right department. Our contact numbers and opening hours are available via a pop up accessed at the top of the website. We think it is important to stay connected with our customers so we have made sure that users can access our contact numbers and email addresses with ease. All our documents and forms can be accessed in our useful information section.
We have also introduced social media buttons allowing our customers access to our Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn pages straight from our website. Our social media channels are updated regularly with information regarding our new sites, issues in your area and business developments.
